The house consists of 2 rooms. An open plan kitchen and bedroom and a bathroom outside. There is a terrace with a unique view and a garden around. Fully fitted with furniture, solar water heater, photovoltaics and electrical equipment. The guests can access the whole house. Unique and peaceful place, idyllic landscape, relaxed and quiet atmosphere and a wonderful sunset with overlooking the islands of Lida and Lidia!

Necessary condition of having a car. It is the ideal destination for relaxation and renewal as it is distant from the noise of the main road and is very close to Melidoni beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Just before you get to the house there is a piece of dirt road about 250 meters in good condition suitable for any type of vehicle!

The house has a water tank 10 tn
The water is not drinkable for that reason bottled water is provided in the house
The solar system doesn’t support devices over 1000 watts like iron and hair dryer for this reason a hair dryer suitable for the system is provided!
The solar water heater will give you water 24 hours a day
A fan with remote control for is provided!
Please do not light fire for barbecue or other reasons because there is a grate fire risk!

The neighborhood

Melidoni beach is 6 km from the house. The nearest village is Drimonas, four kilometers from our place. In 18 minutes you can reach the area of Livadi, a central part of the island where you can find a pharmacy, a supermarket, taverns and shops as well. The capital of the island (Chora) is less than 30 minutes from the house.
