Every evening we looked forward to getting back to the... read more house and enjoying the views and the sunset. The house is 20 minutes from Livadi but we found it to be a perfect base for day trips on the island. The house is small but newly remodeled, thoughtfully decorated, clean and comfortable. George is an excellent host and welcomed us warmly. He took the time to show us around and make recommendations for places to visit. It was clear that he has a strong appreciation for the island and a desire to share it with others. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Georgios was a great communicator and arranged our arrival perfectly well and made himself available during our stay in case of anything. If we come back, we will definitely choose his place again.     Georgios Vanis house is really something ... Yes the road to get there is hard and yes you will meet the local insects pretty often. But in my opinion it... read more totally worth the difficulties. The view from the house is absolutely gorgeous and unique.
  The house is fairly small but well equipped. The kitchen is furnished, the bathroom is clean and sufficient, the beds are comfortable. On top of that, Georgios is a very kind host. Quick to answer and always offering his help. This is a well deserved five stars.
